The annual Evergreen Meadows Neighborhood Garage Sale has been scheduled by the Board for Friday & Saturday July 13-14. This is a fruitful opportunity to hold your garage sale while there is a lot of traffic in the neighborhood. As usual, the homeowner�s association will pay to advertise in the local newspapers and signs & maps will be provided at all entrances to the neighborhood. If you wish to participate, call or email me to sign-up and let me know if you would like to participate on Friday and/or Saturday. The hours are advertised as 8 AM � 4 PM, but you decide the participation hours at your own house, and the map will note days (not hours) of participation by house. It�s important advertising that each house be noted on the map. The only requirement for garage sale participation is to have paid your $35 annual dues to the Evergreen Meadows Homeowner�s Association, so if you still need to make your payment now is a great time. And if you really need to have a garage sale, but just don�t expect to get it done, contact me anyway for information about a very worthy event coming at Conifer High School (and they�d love to have your stuff!).
