The EMHA's Annual Meeting is this Thursday, 10/28 at 7 PM at Conference
Baptist Church (Hwy 73 & N Turkey Creek Rd). Please attend for the
following important reasons:
* Vote for 2011 EMHA Board of Directors. If you're interested in
nominating yourself, please contact EMHA Secretary Glenn Vandine at
303-670-7903 or secretary@emha.us immediately.
* Hear Evergreen Meadows resident Tim Biglen (President, Elk Creek Fire
Board of Diretors) speak about our ever-present fire danger.
* Learn about EMHA's weed eradication efforts in 2010 and plans for 2011
from Weed Committee Chairperson Judy Ostenaa.
* Get an update from each Committee and learn how you can make a difference
in 2011.
* Share your questions and concerns with Board members and other residents.
NOTE: A quorum of EMHA members must be present for this meeting to qualify
for our Annual Meeting. If you can't attend, please consider emailing the
following statement, with your name and address, to the Board at
contactus@emha.us by Wednesday, 10/27 at 7 PM:
"I give my permission (proxy) to the 2010 EMHA Board to vote for 2011 EMHA
Board members."
